Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or sales.
• Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends is a plus.
• Ability to upsell or cross-sell and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction to meet sales and gross profit goals.
• Hospitality: warmly welcome each customer and articulate value proposition.
• Determine customer needs and direct them to the best products.
• Leverage showroom technology to review specs, pricing, and availability.
• Use sales reports and forecasting tools to meet targets.
• Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and stay engaged from start to end.
• Process showroom sale returns and refunds per policy.
• Keep showroom clean, neat, stocked, and safely displayed.
• Join industry associations and stay informed on design trends.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
