Cabinet IQ is looking for an Experienced Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our Raleigh showroom. You will meet clients on-site, take measurements, and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design.

This role requires 5+ years of design and sales experience, a proactive, professional demeanor, and strong math and organizational skills. You will build relationships with remodelers and designers while guiding clients to confident decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Solid math and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Energetic, dependable, and positive "can-do" attitude.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design kitchens and baths using 2020 Design
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance
• Participate in company training and development programs
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking
