Job summary

The Designery North Raleigh is seeking a creative Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant to work with homeowners, contractors, and other residential customers from initial concept through final design and sale.

This hybrid role blends design, consultation, and consultative selling, with showroom days in Raleigh, NC and remote work on designated days. The ideal candidate has formal training or practical experience in kitchen and bath design and CAD software proficiency.

Qualifications

Formal training or practical experience in kitchen and bath design.
Experience with CAD-based design software.
Ability to translate customer needs into design solutions.
Strong communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners, contractors, and customers to understand project objectives and requirements.
Guide customers through the full design process from initial consultation to final design and sale.
Develop layouts and documentation using CAD-based software (ProKitchen or similar).
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to move projects from design to order and fulfillment.
Maintain accurate project information and manage customer relationships through design and sale.
