Reico Kitchen & Bath is seeking a Key Business Manager in Winchester, VA to grow a dedicated client portfolio and drive new business opportunities. The role combines field sales with collaboration across design and project coordination teams to deliver turnkey kitchen and bath solutions.

The successful candidate will travel to meet builders and property managers, maintain relationships, and meet ambitious quarterly sales quotas while leveraging company benefits and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• General / Outside Sales experience
• Experience building & maintaining sales territory
• Account management experience
• Kitchen & Bath design and remodel experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients.
• Sell REICO products and services offering turnkey solutions for kitchens, baths, and related rooms.
• Spend up to 60% of time on the road driving sales with local builders, contractors, and property management firms.
• Liaise with cross‑functional internal teams to improve the customer experience and meet sales quotas.
