Job summary

REICO Kitchen & Bath in Charlottesville is hiring a kitchen and bath designer and sales professional for our showroom. The role combines design work with hands-on sales and project management, earning commissions.

You will generate leads, assist walk-ins, and manage retail projects from contact to billing, using AutoCAD/2020 CAD, coordinating deliveries and communicating with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Interior Design preferred;Bachelor's a plus.
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Experience designing kitchens/baths and remodeling projects.
• Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships.
• Knowledge of 2020 CAD software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads and assist with customer walk-ins.
• Manage retail projects from initial contact through design and billing.
• Design using 2020/CAD and order products; schedule deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors and builders.
• Sell fixtures and accessories and build commissions.
