Job summary

Zeeland Lumber & Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Michigan with 1–3 years in the building materials industry. The role focuses on supporting outside sales, quoting, and product dimension information, including kitchen and bath design using 2020 Design.

You will respond to inquiries, process orders and paperwork, coordinate deliveries, maintain stock levels, and develop customer relationships while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application required.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.
• 2020 Design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices, quotations, complaints, and deliveries.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Obtain and process orders; enter work orders, returns, credits, and service requests.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products and pricing specifications.
• Manage project schedules with outside sales, jobsites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments; resolve billing issues.
• Handle special orders and assist with pricing and price lists.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.
