Job summary

Annapolis Kitchen and Bath is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer Sales Person to join our team. This role can be part-time or full-time and involves meeting clients in their homes to design functional, stylish kitchens and baths.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Kitchen & Bath design, including space planning and material selection.
• Ability to create floor plans and measurements for accurate designs.
• Strong customer service and communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Proven sales abilities with consultative selling, proposal presentation, and lead follow-up.
• Knowledge of cabinetry styles, finishes, and installation considerations.
• Experience with design software (2020, ProKitchens or similar) and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, and multi-project management.
• Background in interior design or related field; certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work from home, including evenings or weekends for client appointments.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets
