Job summary

Wisconsin Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer to work in a retail design center. You will assist customers and builders with design and product selection, take measurements, and prepare designs within stock and semi-custom options.

Responsibilities include soliciting new accounts, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, coordinating schedules and deliveries, and acting as a liaison among customers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• NKBA 60-hour professional development or equivalent preferred.
• 3–7 years in Kitchen & Bath industry experience required.
• Advanced CAD/design knowledge for kitchen & bath projects.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new accounts, conduct job site visits, and prospect for new projects.
• Greet clients to the design center and assist with product selection and quantities.
• Conduct pre-construction site inspections and measurements.
• Perform automated design within stock and semi-custom categories.
• Coordinate project schedules, vendor deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
• Act as liaison between customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing multipliers, margins, and warranty policies.
