Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in kitchen and bath design, interior design, or architectural design preferred.
• Strong understanding of space planning, cabinetry design, and material selection.
• Proficiency in 2020 Design software.
• Experience with BisTrack software is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through design process.
• Present design concepts confidently and demonstrate value of solutions.
• Conduct site visits and take precise measurements for layouts.
• Develop designs using 20/20 Design software.
• Assist clients in selecting cabinetry, materials, and finishes while balancing aesthetics and cost.
• Collaborate with outside sales to identify opportunities with existing customers.
• Generate cost estimates and review product details, pricing, lead times, and warranties.
• Obtain client sign-offs on final project details.
• Place orders with e-ordering programs and review orders for accuracy.
• Work with contractors and project managers for seamless execution.
• Monitor project timelines and resolve issues proactively.
• Participate in vendor training on trends and products.
• Collaborate with team to enhance skills and design processes.
• Maintain professional appearance and exceptional customer service.
