Lezzer Lumber, Inc. in Lancaster, PA, seeks a Kitchen & Bath Design and Sales professional to drive sales and gross profit for cabinet packages with contractor and walk-in accounts. You will provide designs, bids, quotes and material estimates, and coordinate with suppliers and customers.

You will work closely with Outside Sales Representatives, maintain showroom displays, and coordinate timely deliveries. Proficiency in cabinet design software (20/20 preferred) and strong communication are

Qualificações

• PC literate and proficient with computer-based cabinet design software (20/20 preferred).
• Formal training in cabinet design or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional influence skills across organizational levels.
• Able to define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions.
• Pricing and estimating knowledge: markup, margins, area calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Sells and services contractor, retail, and commercial accounts.
• Builds relationships to create a business partnership with accounts.
• Recommends product, productivity, and service efficiencies to improve margins.
• Collaborates with Outside Sales Representatives in account servicing.
• Provides designs, bids or quotes and material estimates for cabinet packages.
• Ensures orders are received, tracked, and correctly tagged; resolves misorders.
