Job summary

NKBA is seeking an Kitchen & Bath Assistant Buyer to provide administrative support to the Senior Manager and Buyers, handling quoting and ordering for dealer base. The role includes processing RGAs, communicating with designers, and marketing to designer communities.

The Assistant Buyer will become familiar with terms and conditions of sale, interact with dealers, and assist buyers with product category management and vendor relationships as directed by the senior manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• 2-4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the department.
• Maintains pricing updates.
• Assist in organizing training events, webinars and shows.
• Maintains the database for all K&B dealers, designers, and vendors.
• Assists dealers with ordering and understanding how to order our products.
• Updates any pricing changes within our files and communicates to the dealers.
