Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Minimum 1 year of kitchen and bathroom design experience.
• Ability to present product selections to customers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email.

Responsibilities

• Track and update the status of K&B projects.
• Place and track orders for K&B products.
• Communicate with sales team, customers and contractors.
• Maintain showroom Kitchen and Bath displays.
• Prepare product presentations and selections for customers.
• Document project plans and share updates with stakeholders.
• Develop product expertise on K&B products.
• Quote, order and track K&B products.
• Design projects using Cyncly Design Flex as needed.
• Participate in educational events for trade professionals.
