Job summary

Dash In on 2575 Riva Road in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join its 24/7 concept in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role starts at $16.50 per hour with an overnight premium of $1 per hour, plus opportunities to grow within a chef-inspired concept.

You will handle food prep, maintain safety and sanitation, restock and organize, assist with deliveries, operate kitchen equipment, and provide guests with a memorable experience while staying flexible across days, nights,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• ActiveServSafe certification or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Follow the sacred codes of food safety, sanitation, and quality to conjure up culinary delights
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness to serve
• Keep prep stations clean, organized, and stocked
• Receive deliveries and store items properly for cooking
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance
• Interact with guests to deliver a personalized dining experience
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (deep fryers, slicers, etc.)
• Lift and move heavy containers (up to 50–65 lbs) using proper technique
