Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is hiring Kitchen Team Members for a fast-paced, 24/7 retail kitchen in Concord, NC. You will help prepare meals, maintain safety standards, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with an additional $1 premium for overnight shifts. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, and eligible to work in the US. Prior food service experience is preferred; background checks are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete company-paid GED program.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US (E-Verify).
• 1 year of food service experience preferred (line cook or prep cook).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Aufgaben

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to prepare menu items.
• Monitor prep levels and keep station organized for service.
• Restock, organize, and maintain a clean prep area.
• Place incoming items in proper storage and prep for cooking.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and support guest experience during service.
• Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lift and move heavy containers (up to 50–65 pounds) using proper technique.
