Dash In in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House crew. The role involves preparing meals, maintaining food safety and a clean prep area, and assisting with deliveries and equipment operation.

Flexible shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays with a pay rate of $12.25–$15.25 per hour, plus a $1 overnight premium. Starting wage around $16.50 per hour with an additional $1 overnight premium is available as we build a high-energy, customer-focused kitchen team

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete company-paid GED)
• 1 year of food service experience; line cook or prep cook preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+ years old
• Background check and drug screening required

Aufgaben

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to prepare meals.
• Monitor prep levels and ensure readiness of ingredients for service.
• Restock, organize, and maintain a clean, efficient prep station.
• Place deliveries in proper locations and prep for cooking needs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance throughout shifts.
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized experience.
• Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lift and move large containers (5-gallon, 50–65 pounds) when needed
