Job summary

Dash In is hiring Kitchen Associates to join our Back of House team in a fast-paced, 24/7 retail setting. Starting wage is $15.50 per hour with a $1 premium for overnight shifts, plus opportunities to advance.

You will follow food safety standards, assist with prep, stock, operate equipment, and engage guests to deliver a great dining experience. Flexibility for days/evenings/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and assist with prep in a busy BOH.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and quality.
• Restock and organize prep station.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist guests and support service flow.
