Responsibilities

• Prepare foods with efficiency and technique to ensure quality for guests.
• Set up the kitchen for hands-on classes and events; keep equipment clean and functional.
• Prepare mise en place for workstations and ensure ingredients/equipment are ready.
• Assist Chef Instructor and guests during classes with food items and equipment.
• Answer questions from students and defer to the instructor as needed.
• Maintain clean prep areas; clear spills and return items to storage.
• Break down and clean kitchen areas and properly store equipment.
• Support preparation of multi-course catered events and public dinners.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chef Instructors.
