Job summary

Hudson Table is seeking passionate Lead Chefs to join our culinary team. We’re known for hands-on cooking classes, chef competitions, and private dining events in our lively open kitchen.

Your role as a Chef at Hudson Table is to lead your team and guests through the execution of classes and/or events in a fun, immersive and organized way. You will teach Hudson Table’s preexisting hands-on classes as well as lead your Kitchen Assistants in the execution of chef competitions, catered events,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience (culinary degree a plus).
• Catering or teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Available nights and weekends (minimum 2 shifts per week).

Responsibilities

• Lead chef competitions, cooking classes, and private catered events.
• Teach existing menus and design creative new ones.
• Mentor Kitchen Assistants and guide smooth event flow.
• Interact with guests in a fun, engaging way.
