Job summary

Hudson Table Holdings LLC in Stamford, CT is seeking Kitchen Assistants and Cooks to join our team. You will support hands‑on cooking classes, prep for events, and assist chefs during private and public programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Culinary degree from an accredited program is desirable.
• 1–2 years of experience in the food industry preferred.
• Must identify food ingredients and understand food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods with efficiency and technique for guests.
• Set up kitchen for hands‑on classes and events; keep equipment clean.
• Prepare mise en place for workstations and ensure ingredients are ready.
• Assist Chef Instructor and guests during classes.
• Answer questions and defer to instructor when needed.
• Maintain clean kitchen and prep areas; manage spills.
• Return dishes, tools and equipment to storage areas.
• Assist with prep for multi‑course events and catered dinners.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chef Instructors.
