PACS is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in food service operations. The role reports to the Cook and dietary supervisor and supports meal tray setup, dishwashing, serving meals, and kitchen sanitation.

The ideal candidate will complete a high school diploma or equivalent, obtain a food handler's certificate, and read and follow recipes and procedures. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualificações

• Must obtain and maintain food handler's certificate.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to read technical procedures.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Learn food service routines and set up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Assist with serving meals and supervising kitchen tasks.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine.
• Clean work surfaces, refrigerators, floors and keep kitchen sanitary.
• Participate in orientation and training of dietary staff.
