Job summary

Bearcreek is seeking a dietary aide to support the kitchen and dietary operations. You will learn the daily food service routines, assist with meal service, and help maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include operating the dishwasher, preparing nourishments, and supporting dietary staff under supervision. High school diploma and ability to read procedures are required; food handler certification is needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn and support food service routines as assigned.
• Assist with serving meals to residents.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness of kitchen.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks as directed.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors and surfaces.
• Remove trash and maintain safe, orderly storage of groceries.
• Support and train dietary staff as needed.
• Collaborate with Cook and Dietary supervisor.
