Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year clerical experience; warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel.
• Experience with Zendesk or willingness to learn new software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch, monitor, and follow up on OES Bulk Business.
• Verify and approve daily buyback shipments via Supplier Web Portal.
• Assist with customer service hotlines and provide timely support to customers, distributors, retailers, and the sales team.
• Update, maintain, and evaluate retailer information through Risk Factor.
• Create, update, track, and follow up on customer service tickets in Zendesk.
• Maintain accurate master data in ILA’s systems (customer addresses, product relationships, sourcing information).
• Update and maintain master tracking sheets and distribute information to relevant parties.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports and charts for direct distribution.
• Support promotional programs by tracking orders and inventory accuracy.
• Cross-train to perform all team functions from assistant to expert level.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time while working independently or as a team.
