Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Assembler in Florida for medical product assembly, labeling, and packaging across three shift options. The role requires following instructions, maintaining cleanroom PPE, and documenting activities. You will inspect parts, operate packaging equipment, and support special projects as assigned.

The position offers pay rates of $17.00–$19.15 per hour, depending on shift, with overtime potential and benefits typical of Kelly assignments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in assembly or packaging operations.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Willingness to work scheduled overtime.

Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.15 (varies by shift)

Role Overview:
