Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters Seasonal Field Support Technician is responsible for the set-up and break-down of kiosks in local retail stores. This role includes driving a moving truck, moving equipment, and ensuring kiosks meet brand standards while maintaining a clean, inviting workspace.

Ideal candidates have basic computer knowledge and strong customer service skills; a driver’s license is preferred. Both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• Driver's license preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, this may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
