Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to set up and break down kiosks in local retail stores. Responsibilities include driving a moving truck, carrying equipment, and installing kiosks while ensuring brand standards are met.

The role requires basic knowledge of computer functions, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer functions is a plus but not required.
• Driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure offices locations meet brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Maintain a clean and inviting workplace, including cleaning counters, glass, and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
