Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to set up and break down kiosks in local retail stores. You will drive a moving truck, unload equipment, and install kiosks while ensuring they look polished and on-brand for our customers.

Responsibilities include assisting with setup/teardown, maintaining a clean, inviting workspace, meeting deadlines, and supporting location maintenance. Flexible schedules, training, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Driver's license preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, and components using hand tools.
• Meet deadlines to maintain brand appearance standards at each location.
• Maintain a clean, inviting workplace by cleaning counters, glass, and common areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
