Job summary

Jackson Hewitt in Bardstown, KY is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician responsible for setting up and breaking down kiosks in local retail stores. The role includes driving a moving truck, carrying equipment, installing kiosk components, and performing location maintenance.

No advanced computer knowledge is required, but basic tech setup skills help. Driver’s license is preferred, and strong interpersonal communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Driver's license preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and components using hand tools.
• Meet deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace; this may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
