As a vital member of the front desk, you will schedule appointments, verify insurance, handle co-pays, and respond to inquiries with a professional demeanor in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in a medical office or customer service role.
• Strong communication with customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in medical scheduling systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, guiding them through the kiosk check-in process.
• Assist patients with completing electronic forms and updating information.
