Usphysicaltherapy2 is seeking an organized Kiosk Agent Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and to manage the kiosk system and admin tasks. You will greet patients, assist with forms, and handle scheduling while ensuring privacy and security.

You will work with the healthcare team to maintain smooth patient flow, verify insurance, collect co-pays, respond to inquiries, and support HIPAA-compliant operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in a medical office or similar customer service role.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Proficient with medical software and scheduling systems.
• Excellent multi-tasking and attention to detail.
• Basic medical terminology and HIPAA familiarity.
• Ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, guiding them through the kiosk check-in process.
• Assist patients with completing electronic forms and updating information.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's electronic calendar.
• Verify insurance information and collect co-payments.
• Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
