Job summary

Coinstar is seeking a Field Technician to perform first- and second-line maintenance on kiosks within an assigned territory using a company vehicle. You will plan daily tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain strong customer relations while ensuring timely route execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience troubleshooting and repairing computer/electronic/electromechanical devices.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware & software and PC operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kiosks (cleaning, paper, debris removal).
• Electromechanical troubleshooting, calibration, repair and maintenance.
• Test kiosk components for proper functionality (connectivity, software, electromechanical).
• Handle parts replacements and tool use for repairs; remote diagnostics support.
