Job summary

Coinstar is seeking a Field Technician to maintain Coinstar kiosks across an assigned territory using a company vehicle. You will plan daily routes while adapting to changing priorities and weather conditions.

The role requires strong electromechanical skills, the ability to perform remote diagnostics, and effective communication with team members. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent with 2+ years troubleshooting and repair of electronic devices or an Associate Degree in electronics.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software and computer-controlled equipment.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on kiosks (cleaning, parts replacement).
• Electromechanical troubleshooting, calibration, repair and maintenance.
• Test kiosk components including connectivity, software, and electromechanical functions.
