Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Kiosk Attendant to service ticket redemption units and jackpot kiosks on the casino floor. You will manage coin and cash, balance vaults, and operate a cashier terminal as needed while delivering superb guest service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of cashier experience, money handling skills, and the ability to read IDs per PGCB rules. Shifts vary including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year cashier or cashier cage experience preferred.
• Prior money handling experience required.
• Ability to read a driver’s license or other forms of ID per PGCB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time in proper uniform.
• Service all ticket redemption units by supplying coin and cash.
• Replenish unit cassettes with cash.
• Attend to customer disputes regarding units or kiosks.
• Fix malfunctions of ticket redemption units and jackpot kiosks.
• Circulate on the casino floor to resolve issues with redemption units.
• Balance the TRU vault and cash/currency.
• Possess ability to operate a Cashier terminal when needed.
• Provide superior customer service to guests and staff.
