Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Modeling & Simulation Systems Engineer for the Schriever Space Force Base, CO. This role focuses on high-fidelity threat modeling in support of MDA BMDS.

The successful candidate will work with a team to generate kinematic outputs of simulated missile trajectories and ensure interoperability of system components. The position requires an in-scope DoD Secret clearance, willingness to travel up to 10%, and onsite work daily with no remote option.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 2 years experience, or MS with 0-2 years
• Travel up to 10% of the time
• Active DoD Secret clearance required to start
• Experience in modeling and simulation
• Knowledge of missiles and 6 DoF trajectory representation

Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity threat modeling products
• Deliver kinematic trajectory data for simulations
• Collaborate with engineers across the TMC
