Success Academy Charter Schools is recruiting founding Florida teachers to launch SA's proven model in Miami. As a founding teacher, you will help establish culture, routines, and academic excellence from day one in a in-person role.

You don't need a formal teaching background; bilingual Spanish and English is required, and the role emphasizes growth, coaching, and rigorous, joyful instruction across content areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree before first day; background in education not required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and student development.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders and apply feedback to improve instruction and outcomes.
• Engage families in students' academic growth through regular communication.
• Study the SA curriculum and deliver rigorous, engaging instruction to drive mastery.
• Analyze student work and data to identify changes to improve practice.
• Lead a classroom of 25+ students with consistent routines and high expectations.
