Responsibilities include monitoring kiln systems, inspecting components, and ensuring environmental controls operate correctly, with a team-focused, safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or kiln operation experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor (bending, stooping, lifting).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work night shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor kiln computers and associated control systems to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect kiln components and document any issues or irregularities.
• Check loaded kiln cars entering and exiting the kiln.
• Monitor scrubbers and other environmental control equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks, including bending, stooping, and lifting as required.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and continuous kiln operations during assigned shift.
