Qualifications

• Must work in a safe manner following all safety guidelines.
• Ability to monitor and adjust kiln and dryer operations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all equipment in the burning department.
• Conduct daily quality tests on bricks.
• Complete shift and daily reports accurately.
