Responsibilities include monitoring kiln controls, inspecting components, loading/unloading kiln cars, and maintaining environmental controls, with required physical labor and attendance on night shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or kiln operation experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, stooping, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work night shift hours.
