Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all required job training.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• 6 months manufacturing/warehousing experience or equivalent preferred.
• CRC Bronze or above is preferred; CPT program completion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products to/from kiln cars according to procedures.
• Operate hydraulic transfer car to move kiln cars.
• Input process data into CAPAC system and handle documentation.
• Move pallets with a pallet jack to designated yards or racks.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling with gloves and PPE.
• Follow safety rules and report issues to leadership.
• Participate in maintenance and 5S activities as needed.
