Job summary

NGK Ceramics USA, INC. in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Production Worker to operate and monitor drying and finishing processes, inspect products, and prepare them for the kiln to meet quality standards.

You will perform start-up procedures, verify equipment setups, document results in the information system, and support continuous improvement through safety and 5S practices. This on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED, some manufacturing experience, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and required job training.
• 6 months manufacturing/warehousing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions.
• CRC Bronze or above.

Responsibilities

• Operates, monitors, and assists in the drying and finishing processes to meet quality standards.
• Verifies that machine and production line setup is complete before processing begins.
• Inspects pallets, ensures correct pallet numbers, and safely handles finishing pallets.
• Records complete process information in company information systems.
• Participates in PM, 5S, and safety procedures as needed.
