Job summary

KidStrong is coming soon to Plymouth and invites energetic individuals to join as a KidStrong Coach. You’ll deliver our dynamic curriculum to kids walking up to 11 years old and create engaging, fun classes.

You’ll mentor fellow coaches, connect with families, and help run classes, camps, and events. Training and advancement opportunities are available, with both full-time and part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children aged walking to 11 years.
• Ability to communicate with parents and guardians.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Energetic, engaging presence in every class.
• Mentorship and leadership of fellow coaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old.
• Understand KidStrong's curriculum and communicate it with flair.
• Achieve Coach Certification and participate in ongoing training programs.
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
• Engage families and keep them excited about KidStrong.
• Coach classes, camps, movie nights, and other activities as needed.

• Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
• Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

Center Operations:

• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center.

We want to hear from people who have a:

• Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you’ve coached a herd of cats, you’re overqualified and also why did you do that?
• Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
