As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

What You’ll Do:

1. Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old.
2. Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
3. Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs.
4. Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
5. Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
6. Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
7. Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for.

Center Operations:

1. Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
2. Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.

We want to hear from people who have a:

1. Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
2. Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.
3. Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
4. Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
5. Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. CPR Certified: Or willingness to get it. Safety First!
