Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a proactive Coach to deliver our brain development, physical skills, and character-building curriculum for children up to 11 years old. You will engage families, run classes on schedule, and participate in ongoing training to advance your coaching skills.

Ideal candidates are energetic, talkative, and passionate about child development, with a willingness to mentor other coaches and contribute across centers. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
• Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

Center Operations

• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.
