Job summary

KidStrong South Denver is seeking a KidStrong Coach for our Littleton center. You will lead fun, dynamic classes for children up to 11, mastering the KidStrong curriculum and delivering engaging sessions. Training and certification opportunities are provided to help you level up your coaching skills.

You’ll build strong relationships with families, ensuring classes run on time and with high energy. Part-time role with weekend and weekday afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Experience coaching kids aged walking to 11 years.
• Strong communication with parents and guardians.
• Energetic, engaging presence in every class.
• Mentor to other coaches with good interpersonal skills.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Job Details

KidStrong Coach
Center: Littleton
Reports To: General Manager / Assistant General Manager
Compensation: $20 per hour.

• Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old.
• Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
• Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs.
• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here.
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
• Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for.

Center Operations

• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness.

Qualifications

• Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.
• Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR Certified or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
