A children's coaching organization in Plymouth is looking for a KidStrong Coach to deliver dynamic classes and foster children's growth. You will engage with kids, manage classes, and maintain a fun environment. Applicants must have a passion for mentoring, solid communication skills, and be CPR certified or willing to obtain certification. • Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.


• Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs


• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!


• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!


• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.


• Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

Center Operations:

• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.


• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center.

• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you’ve coached a herd of cats, you’re overqualified and also why did you do that?


• Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.


• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.


• Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
