Job summary

KidStrong Plymouth is seeking a Coach to deliver engaging classes and bring energy to every session. You will help kids grow, follow our curriculum, and mentor other coaches as part of a fun, supportive team.

Ideal candidates love working with children, have coaching experience with ages walking to 11, and can confidently communicate with families. CPR certification or willingness to obtain it is required or encouraged.

Qualifications

• Comfortably speak to parents/guardians.
• Energetic and engaging presence in every class.
• Mentor to other coaches with strong communication.

• Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
• Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like you're in a video game with our stellar training programs
• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
• Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for

Center Operations:

• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center.

• Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old. If you’ve coached a herd of cats, you’re overqualified and also why did you do that?
• Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
