Job summary

Waconia Public Schools is seeking a Kidspace Site Lead to coordinate after-school programming at a district building in Waconia. You will supervise daily activities and help ensure a safe, engaging environment for students from local communities.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 2:00pm to 5:45pm, with a compensation range of $17.89–$22.18 per hour. A High School diploma or GED is required, and prior experience with children is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and daily activities for the Kidspace program.
• Lead before- and after-school and summer activities under supervision.
• Collaborate with staff to support student engagement.
