Job summary

Waconia Public Schools invites applicants to join the Kidspace Aide team, supporting student engagement and supervision under the Educational Supervisor and Kidspace Site Lead. If outdoors, assisting with walks, trips to beaches and parks, and helping to build positive relationships with young learners is a great fit; scheduling is flexible and there are no nights or weekends.

Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour; start date is September 7, 2026, with a closing date of October 30, 2026;

Qualifications

• Requires reliable and responsible behavior.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Candidates must be at least 15 years old.
