First Baptist Dallas is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Kids Worship Arts. You will support the Kids Worship Minister and Preschool Music Associate, handling materials, events, communications, and volunteer coordination.

The role requires 1–3 years in related fields, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office and ministry software. This on-site position offers opportunities to collaborate with multiple ministry teams and families.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or journalism
• Self-starter with ability to anticipate needs and execute solutions promptly
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, analytical, efficient, and capable of supporting creative teams
• Active member of First Baptist Dallas

Responsabilités

• Prepare weekly program materials and coordinate facility setup
• Support Sunday evening ministry programs and manage music/media technology
• Coordinate events, manage budgets, solicit bids, and vendor payments
• Create, edit, and proofread communications; manage ministry social media content
• Prepare and organize materials, instruments, sheet music, and props for rehearsals
• Collect attendance records using TouchPoint and assist with volunteer cultivation
• Collaborate with Music & Worship and Kids Cove teams; maintain calendars and forms
• Build relationships with staff, volunteers, parents, and community partners
