First Free Church is seeking a part-time Kid Connection Events Coordinator & Ministry Assistant to plan and publicize events for children and families. You will work with the KC Staff Team, coordinating volunteers, materials, and scheduling to ensure successful, well-run gatherings.

The role requires hands-on planning, collaboration with multiple teams, and a heart for ministry. Training and ongoing involvement with Kid Connection are expected, with policies and procedures followed and

Formación

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience organizing events with multiple volunteers and moving parts.
• Willing to attend and become a member of First Free Church.
• Complies with a background check.
• Proficient with email and Google Docs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and publicize special events for the ministry.
• Collaborate with staff to develop ideas for 4-5 events for children and families.
• Coordinate arrangements for events, including volunteers.
• Enter events into Planning Center and coordinate with facilities for needs.
• Direct staff and volunteers during KC events.
