Job summary

SafeSplash Brands, LLC is seeking a Lifeguard to oversee the safety of our employees and customers. You will monitor activities, coordinate with school leadership, and respond to emergencies to protect children and families at our facility.

The position requires current Lifeguard Certification, CPR/First Aid/AED, and the ability to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. Training is provided, with potential for flexible hours and paid training.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard Certification is required and must be maintained during employment.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire (training available).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfortable around water and interacting with children and parents.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant surveillance to ensure customer safety and report unsafe activities or equipment to management.
• Provide immediate feedback to instructors if safety requirements are not met.
• Act promptly to secure safety during emergencies and provide care until EMS arrives.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain a professional, engaging demeanor.
• Attend monthly in-services to maintain lifeguarding skills.
• Deliver a world-class, safe experience for swimmers and families.
